Which additional precautions are you taking to ensure Health & Safety?
Workspaces are thoroughly sanitized before each use and all vintage apparel pieces are thoroughly washed before listing and shipping to humans.

What materials are your jewelry pieces?
Each piece is unique and varies in material, however each piece comes with an 18K gold-filled chain. 

Will my jewelry tarnish?
Though gold-fill can naturally tarnish over time, it’s easily cleaned! We recommend that you occasionally rub your piece with a soft cloth if it is dull or tarnished—not for everyday cleaning purposes. It should be used “lightly” and not pressed hard against the metal to remove tarnish, as it could rub off the gold on your piece over time.

How do I care for my rope chain?
Thinner rope chains (<2.5mm) need to be treated with extra care - here is a great resource for caring for your rope chain.

Where do you get the pieces?
Each piece is carefully curated from humans and global sources.

Will sold out pieces ever restock?
As each piece is vintage and individually sourced, restocks are not guaranteed. That said, please fill out our Contact Form for special requests.

Do you accept custom orders?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We are happy to ship worldwide.

How long will it take to ship and receive my order?
Please allow 3-5 days for processing and 3-5 days for shipment. Postal systems are experiencing significant delays due to the Global Pandemic, and we are shipping from Toronto, Canada, which is currently in a lockdown. Nevertheless, we appreciate your patience as we work diligently to ship your orders out to you as soon as quickly as possible.
